Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate administrative support experience, Appropriate experience within a Quality Assurance and Allied Health department in the Department of Health and Wellness. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Clinicom, SINJANI, Ideal Clinic, LOGIS) and typing proficiency. Good planning, organisational, and data management skills.
Duties
Effectively provide office and administrative support services to Quality Assurance and Allied Health Heads of Department. Capture all required data and maintain relevant statistical data. Provide meeting secretarial support to relevant components. Assist with Complaint, Compliment, and Suggestion management. Assist with relevant surveys, audits and awareness campaigns.
