Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate or equivalent. Experience: Appropriate experience in Recruitment and Selection. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid Code B/EB 141", "driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer skills MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook and PERSAL and numeracy skills. Knowledge and experience of Employment Practices (Recruitment and Selection), and establishment administration will be an advantage. Knowledge and experience of S-Cube, Dots Verifications. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties
Advertising of post. Give advice and support to personnel functionaries at institutions with regards to the application of all human resource policies and prescripts on Employment Practices and Recruitment and Selection. Provide informal training on personnel related issues. Effective supervision of and support to staff members.
